Bridging Training Policy

Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear terms for tuition, cancellations, transfers, no-shows, course access, rescheduling, and Bridging Training cancellations.

This policy applies to paid Bridging Training courses unless a written course or cohort offer expressly provides different terms. It should be reviewed before tuition is paid.

Registration and Seat Confirmation

Submitting an interest or registration form does not by itself reserve a seat. A seat is confirmed only after Bridging Training confirms availability, provides the applicable enrollment terms and payment instructions, and receives required tuition by the stated deadline.

Tuition and Course Access

Tuition covers the course and delivery format identified in the enrollment confirmation. For courses that include Training Portal access, self-paced coursework, downloadable or viewable course materials, or other protected instructional content, tuition becomes non-refundable once individual Training Portal access or protected course materials have been issued, except when Bridging Training cancels or materially reschedules the course as described below.

Cancellation Before Portal or Course-Material Access

If a participant cannot attend and has not yet been issued Training Portal access or protected course materials, the participant may request one transfer to a future comparable cohort. Requests received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled live training will ordinarily be eligible for a one-time transfer, subject to seat availability. A transfer request made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled live training is not guaranteed and may be approved or denied by Bridging Training based on the circumstances and available space.

Transfers

An approved transfer is limited to one future comparable cohort and must ordinarily be used within 12 months of the original scheduled training date. A transferred registration has no cash value and is not eligible for a later refund. Additional tuition may apply if the participant chooses a different course or delivery option with a higher published price. Bridging Training may waive or modify these conditions in writing when appropriate.

No-Shows, Late Cancellations, and Missed Training

A participant who does not attend a confirmed live training and does not receive an approved transfer is not entitled to a refund. Failure to complete required self-paced work, check-in requirements, live instructional hours, assignments, assessments, or other completion requirements does not create a right to a refund or certificate. Certificate eligibility is governed separately by the applicable course and enrollment requirements.

Attendance and Make-Up Time

Tuition payment does not guarantee a Certificate of Completion. Required instructional hours and completion standards must be satisfied. Missed or unverifiable live instructional time cannot be replaced merely by viewing a recording. If Bridging Training offers a make-up opportunity or future-cohort placement, the conditions will be provided in writing and availability is not guaranteed.

Participant Substitutions and Account Transfers

Training Portal accounts, login credentials, attendance records, assignments, assessments, and certificates are personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred or shared. Before individual portal access or protected course materials have been issued, Bridging Training may approve a change of participant in writing. Participant substitutions are not automatic.

Serious Emergencies

Bridging Training may consider a documented serious emergency or other exceptional circumstance on a case-by-case basis. Any accommodation, credit, transfer, or exception is discretionary unless otherwise required by law and does not modify the policy for other participants.

If Bridging Training Cancels a Course

If Bridging Training cancels a paid course or cohort and does not provide the contracted training, affected participants may choose either a full refund of tuition paid for that course or transfer to another comparable available cohort at no additional tuition charge.

If Bridging Training Materially Reschedules a Course

If Bridging Training materially changes the confirmed live training date and the participant cannot attend the new date, the participant may choose a transfer to another comparable available cohort or a refund of tuition paid for the affected course.

Local Court, Employer, or Provider-List Acceptance

Participants are responsible for reviewing applicable local court rules, employer requirements, agency standards, and provider-list criteria before enrolling and paying tuition. Bridging Training does not guarantee that a court, agency, employer, or referral source will accept a particular course or certificate. A participant's later discovery of an additional local requirement does not by itself create a right to a refund when the applicable disclosures were provided before enrollment.

Assessment Results and Certificate Eligibility

Not passing an assessment, failing to complete required coursework, or otherwise becoming ineligible for a certificate does not create a right to a refund. Assessment retakes or remediation, when available, are governed by the applicable course rules.

Course Integrity and Removal

Serious violations of course-integrity, account-security, recording, copyright, participant-privacy, or conduct requirements may result in removal from training or loss of course access. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined under this policy, the Training Agreement, and applicable law.

Written Terms and Policy Version

The policy version accepted in connection with a participant's enrollment will be retained with the enrollment record when technically available. If a course or cohort has additional written terms, those terms supplement this policy. If an additional term directly conflicts with this policy, the more specific written term provided and accepted for that enrollment controls to the extent permitted by law.
